We, the webmasters, wish to support the client by ensuring all processes regarding maintenance of websites and adjustment of content run smoothly. Quality is given the highest of priorities within this context, that is, processing everything as it should and as required.

Processes
Can you publish a press release on Friday at midnight? Can you publish our annual figures early in the morning? These are but two of the many questions that our clients ask. Communication is the key: we ensure the client knows when we will be doing it and will also communicate during the interim period and when everything has been processed. We will also do ‘odd jobs’ (orders involving fewer than 16 hours) and provide assistance with regard to larger projects. We have processes for maintaining websites and adjusting content that we follow to ensure our work is fast and error-free. The processes are monitored and improved continuously. We keep turnaround times as short as possible and we closely monitor deadlines. We set up detailed processes should our clients have specific preferences.
