System administrators
Everything works
All systems are fully operational and accessible, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The client does not have to have any concerns about this. We, the system administrators, will ensure this.
Excitement
Peaceful and hectic times: they come in waves at the System administration department. Everything works optimally during a peaceful and structured day. However, should there be a failure, everything changes into an organised hecticness and sometimes it can get very exciting. That is when everybody’s personality comes to the fore: we have to perform whilst under pressure.
We administer the infrastructure and systems of TriMM and its clients. We also support our clients on the phone and through e-mail. Questions and issues are processed and solved immediately if at all possible. We supply our best work when somewhere else something is going wrong but we, of course, try to prevent such situations from happening.
Our competences
- Client-focused: being able to think from the user’s perspective (therefore not: ‘That works with me!’).
- Communicative: communicate with clients when it works but also during busy times.
- Result-focused: it simply has to work no matter what.
- Analytical: being able to trace causes and link up issues.
- Planning and organising: ensuring we keep our eye on the bigger picture during peaceful and hectic times.
- Immune to stress: we perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility: our work sometimes starts when people are eating or sleeping.
