We, the project managers, assist clients in attaining their goals in partnership with the project team. Our objective is to ensure that everybody is enthusiastic about the delivered work.
With the client
We take responsibility from the very start to the very end of a project and are the point of contact for our clients and members of staff. We firmly believe in a personal, open and honest approach in a professional setting. Projects are completed together with the client. We ensure we have transparent agreements in place about the end result, responsibilities, working methods and expectations.
We will put together a dedicated multidisciplinary team for each project. We motivate and coach team members and ensure that knowledge is shared. We constantly look in the mirror: are we on target with regard to content, budget and planning? Are the client’s objectives being achieved? Are we really achieving something together? These questions are given the highest priority time and time again.
Our competences

- Communicative: being able to communicate with clients well but above all to be able to listen.
- Analytical: continue questioning, trace causes and define links between data and troubleshooting.
- Task and result-focused: we firmly keep our eyes on the ball and ensure all obstacles are removed to achieve objectives.
- Planning and organising: put issues in motion in accordance with the planning and fulfil agreements.
- Steering: ensuring you keep the project and its process under control and take action when it threatens to be out of line.
