To offer rewarding work. This is our contribution to society as the two managing directors of TriMM. People spend a lot of time working and it is better if their work is rewarding.
Values and standards
TriMM is a medium-sized company. This means continuously switching between the long and short term and between being busy with our future and operational issues. What is happening in our environment, are we still on course or should we adjust matters? But also to think along with our members of staff: on operational and ethical levels.
Two managing directors means shared responsibility and always having someone to bounce ideas off. We complement each other very well and have the same values and standards on how you should treat each other and, therefore, also clients. An absolute precondition to ensure we can work together well.
