Working at TriMM

Rewarding work
Rewarding work in a motivated, informal work atmosphere that offers space for personal development. To have and broaden professional knowledge. Excel in your own and unknown fields. Have personal responsibility but also help think about policy. About sixty inspired, inquisitive and committed colleagues who care for their profession. They jointly assure quality with major client accounts that form a challenge to get the best from yourself and from others.
In other words: working at TriMM is mainly rewarding! An important aspect since a major part of our live is spent working.

PiT’ers (Professionals in Training)
Our trainees, graduates and students who combine work and learning (PiTs) have the same challenges as our permanent members of staff but, of course, at their own level. Thus they will develop professionally and personally. Thanks to the experience that PiTs gain, they can continue with their studies, work at TriMM, at a peer company or start their own businesses as self-employed entrepreneurs.

Work and private life
Our members of staff, of course, have their private lives. We ensure that their work and private lives are in balance by having flexible working hours and a choice when it comes to a work location. Picking up your child from school at 3 in the afternoon, being at home when the plumber calls, going into town or exercising at your leisure during the day and working in the evenings: you can do it all. As long, of course, as it fits in with your planned duties. New fathers are given a 4-week paid paternity leave.
