Structure
TriMM has more than sixty employees. Our people work in four groups within departments:

• Project organisation: project managers, graphic designers, interaction designers, webdevelopers and programmers.
• Service & Maintenance: webmasters and application maintainers.
• Hosting & System management: system engineers and administrators.
• Project office: administrative and cleaning staff.

Some members of staff also have the role of team manager or they are the account manager for one of our clients. TriMM has two management members. When required, we call in external experts.

Responsibility
We try to ensure our organisation is as flat as possible so that the lines of communication remain short and transparent. Everybody is aware of what is going on within TriMM and is responsible for their own work. This ensures we remain alert and motivated.

Professionals in Training (PiT)
PiT is our breeding ground for talent. Intermediate and higher vocational and higher education students who, for example, follow training in the area of multimedia and design, information technology, the art and technology of business administration come to us to gain practical experience. They are students with spirit who do their work placement with us, graduate, have a temporary job or complete an apprenticeship.
