Online marketing for Bolletje

In order to draw consumer’s attention to Bolletje’s new brand strategy and new product names, TriMM has made a website for Bolletje in the shape of a weblog.

Because the important new brand values are “honest, naughty and genuine” a choice was made to create the website as a weblog. A good weblog already has the characteristics of “honest and genuine”. To do this properly Bolletje has formed a team of workers who write postings for the website. By creating these postings Bolletje can express its brand-experience.

Relationship with the consumer
Thanks to the open character of a weblog Bolletje can get a better understanding of and enter into a relationship with the consumer, who thus can play a part in the brand-experience and the development  of products. In this way Bolletje can learn a lot from its customers and immediately enter into a dialogue with them as well.

Playful website
TriMM supports Bolletje in its online marketing by giving workshops, giving advice in writing postings and making suggestions for subjects. In addition to this TriMM advises, required or uncalled-for, about the way in which reactions from customers may be dealt with.
