KPN wants to be the number one ICT-player in the Dutch market. In order to achieve this, a good contact with its customers and business partners is indispensable. We’re helping KPN in this by designing and maintaining sites and applications in order to achieve this.

KPN and TriMM
We’ve had strong ties with KPN since 1996. Our project-managers are in regular personal contact with KPN. Then new ideas and applications arise as a result of which we’re able to contribute to them in many fields. Every year we carry out a number of projects for KPN.

TriMM takes work off KPN’s hands
One of the initiatives we have taken together with KPN is the personalized extranet “Deal-IT”. Through this locked site business partners can find information and are able to place orders. The application also supports KPN-workers with the processing of orders. To be of adequate service to the mobile telephone clients that ring the Groningen customer-service we developed Smart-Info. KPN’s five hundred employees who attend customers can swiftly get hold of the necessary data with this knowledge-system. Together with other applications, such as KPN Business Portal we take a lot of work off KPN’s hands.
